Support

-Warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase by the original owner.

-Warranty does not cover units bought from unauthorized dealers or resellers.

-A faulty unit shall always be checked by the retailer before it is returned and a detailed description of the problem must be sent together with the unit.

-If you choose to ship a faulty unit directly to us you must contact us before you do that and also include the serial number and a copy of the original invoice.

-If we find that the product is flawless the customer will be invoiced 700 SEK ex VAT to cover our costs for examination and handling. The return costs will also be charged.

-The product should be returned in the original package if this is possible or packed in such a way that it is not damaged during the shipment. We are not to be held responsible for any damages during the shipment. 19″ units shall always be packed in a box with support for the rack ears.

-We will charge the customer 200 SEK ex VAT if the packing material needs to be replaced.

-Returns must be delivered at the door. If we have to pick it up at a delivery facility, we will invoice the customer 350 SEK ex VAT.

-The customer or reseller always pays the shipping cost to us.

-The customer is responsible for the goods until it is delivered to us.

-Warranty repairs are only made by us or by a workshop we assign.
